Our family of four stayed on Grand Turk for a week and rented a cart for 5 of the days through Paradise Carts. Our Airbnb host recommended this company which was great to know. We worked with James who was a pleasure deal with, booked via WhatsApp chat with him (you can call him too). He was very responsive, professional and kind. We appreciated his care as he reached a few times during our stay. The cart was very clean which we also really appreciated. We highly recommend renting a cart through them!

Fun Safe awesome family time
This was by far our best excursion! TO be able to drive around with our family at Grand Turk stop at our leisure, visit beaches, shops, etc we loved it. We were given a map of the island and it was very easy and safe to get around. We will definitely do this again!!

A must do while visiting for the day!
While in port for a day, my husband and I rented a golf cart to explore the island. We were provided a map and free to go on our way. The cart was clean, newer, and perfect for the two of us. Once exiting the port gate, it was a short walk to the Paradise Carts stand. I might suggest bringing bungee cords to secure your bags to the back seat if you don’t want to store at your feet like we did. We brought a small portable Bluetooth speaker with us and loved having it when we would take a break at a local beach. We stopped for gas at one point and put in $5, where the gentleman told us that would take us “around the world” so it was plenty for our few hours of adventuring.

Optimal Choice for a family trip
As we knew before we booked these guys have their rental set up outside of the terminal gates. It’s an easy walk for those who are capable. Some sketchy guy jumped from the hedgerow and chatted with us - I was very sceptical of his validity………. Paradise Carts - perhaps put your guys in some sort of identifiable uniform! However - all was well, the cart took us very adequately across the island and plenty of time to get us to the far north and back at what ever speed we were doing. Pull over for the cars and police - let them pass. Buy a carrot or two for thedonkeys and enjoy the ride.

Best Service to explore island!
We rented a 4 seat and a 6 seat for a week. Thet were waiting at the airport upon our arrival, James even drove our luggage to our rental house with us following him. Returned the carts at the airport when we left. Cart worked great and our stay on Grand Turks was fantastic. Will rent from paradise next time we visit, hopefully sooner than later!

FAQs

Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund for changes made by your cruise line. Operator cancellations due to weather also warrant a full refund. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Paradise Carts’ pick-up location is outside the Grand Turk Cruise Terminal’s main entrance/exit gate. Make your way towards the taxi stand area in the Grand Turk cruise terminal, and make a left towards the main gate entrance. Exit the Cruise Terminal. Paradise Carts rental sign is displayed and visible.

Before you return the cart, you are required to re-fuel it. A gallon of gasoline will suffice.

We accept payments made through PayPal and Cash.

We do not re-book carts that were pre-paid. We will hold the cart until it is collected. For cash customers, we give you a grace period of 1 hour from the time of your booked pick-up. If you fail to contact us during this time, we will re-book the cart.

We do not have a storage facility at the cruise port to store mobility scooters, luggage, walkers, baby strollers, car seats.

We deliver to the Airport, Hotels, Guest Houses, AirBnB’s and Grand Turk Cruise Port.
