Customers will receive a full refund with 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund for changes made by your cruise line. Operator cancellations due to weather also warrant a full refund. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
Paradise Carts’ pick-up location is outside the Grand Turk Cruise Terminal’s main entrance/exit gate. Make your way towards the taxi stand area in the Grand Turk cruise terminal, and make a left towards the main gate entrance. Exit the Cruise Terminal. Paradise Carts rental sign is displayed and visible.
Before you return the cart, you are required to re-fuel it. A gallon of gasoline will suffice.

We accept payments made through PayPal and Cash.
We do not re-book carts that were pre-paid. We will hold the cart until it is collected. For cash customers, we give you a grace period of 1 hour from the time of your booked pick-up. If you fail to contact us during this time, we will re-book the cart.
We do not have a storage facility at the cruise port to store mobility scooters, luggage, walkers, baby strollers, car seats.
