No Refunds

All bookings, reservations, payments, and deposits made through Turks and Caicos Golf Carts are final and non-refundable.

Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Cancellation by the customer
Changes in travel plans
No-shows
Early returns
Weather conditions
Transportation delays
Personal emergencies

Booking Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Review booking details carefully before confirming
Ensure travel dates, pickup times, and rental requirements are accurate
Contact us prior to booking if clarification is needed

Service Issues

In the rare event of a mechanical issue or service disruption, Turks and Caicos Golf Carts may, at its sole discretion:

Provide a replacement golf cart, or
Offer service assistance

This does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a booking, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for services rendered in accordance with this policy. Any chargebacks raised without valid cause may be contested with the payment processor.
