1. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the cart resulting from any cause (for example, collision, rollover, theft or vandalism), regardless of fault other than accidental fire or acts of nature beyond your control.
2. Your responsibility will not exceed the cart's total value at the time it is lost or damaged, less its salvage value.

4. All of our golf carts are street legal and are registered as a motor vehicle. Drivers must follow all rules and traffic laws.
5. The number of passengers may not exceed the manufacturer's designed and installed seating capacity.
6. Key should never be left in the ignition, please have it with you at all times.
7. Golf Carts are allowed ONLY on roads. To avoid damage to the cart, do not drive the carts on the beach, through puddles of water, bushes and soft sand.
8. Any damage caused by the renter must be reported ASAP.
9. No driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
